1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Cut2Post website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit waitlist information. We may update these terms; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Cut2Post is currently in an early-access and waitlist stage. The website describes a planned software platform for creating and exporting short-form video content from ideas, scripts, characters, voices, scenes, products, and clips. App availability may change, and features shown on the website may be planned, under development, limited, or not yet publicly available.

Website content is informational until launch and should not be treated as a guarantee that a specific feature, workflow, price, or availability date will be provided.

3. Accounts

If accounts or early access are made available, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the website or service for illegal activity or to harm others
• Upload, create, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful
• Abuse or attempt to exploit the system or bypass security measures
• Use automated scripts, scraping, or tools to abuse service limits or interfere with the website
• Share your account or allow others to use it in violation of these terms

5. AI Generated Content

Some outputs may be generated with artificial intelligence. While we aim to produce useful and high-quality results, outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated content before use.

Cut2Post may use third-party artificial intelligence, voice, media, hosting, and infrastructure providers to process inputs and generate outputs. These may include providers used for script generation, voice generation, video rendering, storage, hosting, and analytics. By using the service, you acknowledge that your input data may be processed by these providers for the purpose of delivering, securing, and improving the service.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the content, prompts, scripts, media, product information, and other materials you provide to Cut2Post. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use any content you submit or publish using the service.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Cut2Post the limited rights needed to host, process, generate, render, store, and display content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans and live billing are not currently active for the public waitlist. Any planned pricing shown on the website is informational until paid plans launch. If subscriptions or early access payments are introduced later, billing terms, payment processing, cancellation options, and refund terms will be published clearly.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid subscription.

8. Usage Limits

If app access is introduced, plan limits, usage limits, credit limits, export limits, storage limits, voice generation limits, and feature availability may apply. These limits may change during early access as the product develops.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the service or others. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action where appropriate.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navorix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Cut2Post. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) £100. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Cut2Post shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of Cut2Post after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
