Refund Policy
Navorix Ltd · Cut2Post · Effective date:
1. Overview
Cut2Post is currently in a waitlist and early-access stage. Payments are not currently active, and planned pricing is not yet live billing. This policy explains how refunds will be handled once paid plans launch. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Current Waitlist Stage
Joining the Cut2Post waitlist is free. Because live payments are not currently active, there are no current subscription charges to refund.
3. Future Paid Plans
This refund policy will apply once paid plans launch. If you are a UK consumer and you buy a Cut2Post paid plan online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the start of your subscription. However, because Cut2Post is expected to be a digital service that may be supplied immediately after purchase, the following may apply:
- If you ask us to begin supplying the paid service immediately, you agree that supply starts during the 14-day cancellation period.
- If you cancel during that 14-day period, we may reduce any refund to reflect the value of the service already supplied up to cancellation, where permitted by law.
- If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, or where applicable rights have otherwise been lost following your request for immediate supply and acknowledgement, a refund may not be available.
In addition to any statutory rights, if the product is not functioning as described or technical issues materially prevent you from using the service, you can contact us and we will review the matter fairly and reasonably. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
After paid plans launch, a refund may be refused or reduced where permitted by law, for example if:
- You cancel after the 14-day cancellation period has expired
- You requested immediate access to the service and a refund is reduced to reflect the value of the service already supplied
- There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the refund process
This section does not affect any remedies you may have if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, is not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.
5. How to Request a Refund
Once payments are active, refund requests can be sent to:
Please include:
- Your account email
- Reason for the request
- Any relevant screenshots or details of the issue
We will review refund requests as soon as reasonably possible. If your request relates to a statutory right, we will assess it in line with applicable UK consumer law. We may ask for additional information where reasonably needed to assess eligibility.
6. Cancellation
Once subscriptions are available, you will be able to cancel according to the billing and account controls provided at launch. Cancellation will not automatically entitle you to a refund, but any refund rights you have under law will remain unaffected.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved after paid plans launch, we will process it without undue delay. In most cases, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If early access payments are introduced later, refund terms and billing support details will be published clearly before payments are taken. If you believe a future charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card provider. This does not affect your right to contact your card provider or payment provider if you need to do so.
